Have you ever bought a brand-new notebook or journal, only to sit at your desk and have no idea what to write? Have you heard that journalling is “good for you” but feel unsure as to why or how to go about doing it?
Join me for weekly writing sessions on Sundays from 10 am to 11 am PST via Zoom. This is a drop-in program so you can choose to attend the ones that work with your schedule.
I’ll provide writing prompts that unlock your self, help you explore ideas as they relate to your life and provide an opportunity to have fun with words. After teaching expressive writing classes and memoir writing classes for the past five years in community centres, rehabilitative settings and schools, I’m excited to bring my sessions online!
