Writing For Healing (in partnership with Semiahmoo Arts Society)
Practice the art and science of writing for healing with writing instructor, Taslim Jaffer. In this 4-session, weekly class, Taslim creates a safe space for experimenting with different writing techniques to help participants explore their own road to healing. This class is for anyone seeking support on their wellness journey, whatever that looks like. Participants should come prepared with pen and paper, or may use a computer, in this hands-on workshop.

Writing Your Way Calm (in partnership with North Van Arts)
Join writing instructor, Taslim Jaffer, in writing sessions designed to unwind, relax and ease tension. With carefully selected writing prompts and calming techniques such as guided imagery, Taslim will create a safe space for refocusing our thoughts during unrest. Suitable for writers of all levels, including beginners.
Class will be delivered live online via Zoom, and for those who cannot attend live a Zoom recording link will be sent out after class.
A limited number of tickets are available at a 50% discount for those in financial hardship.
